Delivery Time: Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days in the UK and Europe. Deliveries outside these regions may take up to 10 days. Please note, we are not liable for any delays beyond our control. In case of any known delays, we will inform you promptly.

Returns: We accept returns only for unopened products. If you decide to return an item, you will bear the return costs, which require a signed-for service. However, we will cover these costs for faulty goods.
